Whole Body Reset is a 10-week program designed to teach you how your body works using functional anatomy and experiential practices and to teach you how you can keep your body feeling great every day.
Over the course of 10 weeks you'll release chronic muscular holding patterns to relieve tension and possibly pain, learn how to move in your unique body, build balanced strength and mobility, and learn how to create a sense of ease in your body using yoga, myofascial release, and mindfulness techniques.
You'll receive access to each module~ bi-weekly so you can make consistent progress and not be overwhelmed.
Each module includes:
By the end of the program you will have a full suite of tools and yoga practices that you can use any time to feel well. You'll develop a deeper sense of body and breath awareness. Since you'll learn the focus of each technique or practice, you'll know which one to use and when.
After the initial 10 weeks, you'll have long-term access to the program, recorded coaching calls, and any future upgrades to the program. It's like having life-time access to a personal wellness program.
You'll walk away with:

Develop core strength to support your back and increase the strength and flexibility of your spinal muscles to more effortlessly allow your body to support your posture. Let your power house keep you at ease.
Use a variety of yoga practices and myofascial release techniques to increase your overall body strength, increase flexibility, and increase your range of motion at each joint so you can stand at your tallest and feel long and strong. Feel confident in your body's abilities and move more fluidly.
The body and mind are intimately connected. You'll increase your mindfulness skills and body awareness to develop a deep sense of calm and relaxation from the inside out. Find stress relief and experience the waves of life with more ease.
There will be SIX LIVE Q + A sessions to help you really integrate the information and get the most out of each of the modules. This is your time to get 1:1 personalized yoga teaching and support.
All the calls will be recorded so if you can't make the call live, email your questions ahead of time and catch the replay.

Learn to see your body as a house and develop mindful awareness of your posture from the ground up. You'll develop a useful, functional understanding of the body to apply to your own unique anatomy. As you imagine your body as a house, you'll build everyday awareness of how you hold yourself in space and better ways to position yourself during everyday activities. We'll begin to release chronic tension and build strength from the ground up.

Develop a deeper understanding of your pelvis and hips and how to create more fluidity from your legs up through your low back. As we release and strengthen the muscles of the legs and hips, you may begin to experience a release of chronic tension patterns throughout your body.

Learn and understand the functionality of the muscles in your back and how misalignments, tight muscles, curvatures, and poor posture can affect these muscles. Together we will lengthen and unwind the muscles of the spine and strengthen the muscles of the spine to provide you with posture support. Learn to effortlessly stand up straight.

Learn how your abdominals work to support your posture and back. You'll learn core strengtheners that are accessible to most bodies including those with scoliosis, spinal fusion, or other movement limitations. As you find and develop your strength within, watch your confidence soar.

Release shoulder and neck tension while building strength on the front and back side of your body to support better posture, better head alignment, and relieve tightness in your chest and discomfort in your shoulders and neck. Feel brighter in your being as you sit more upright.
These classes pair perfectly with the 5 core modules of the program. Learn how to use myofascial release tools to release chronic tension and increase your range of motion. You'll release tightness in your feet, legs, hips, spine, shoulders, and neck. Whenever something's tight, you'll know just what exercise to do.
Six short (~25 minute) practices from the Yoga + Back Challenge designed to fit into your schedule, keep you motivated on days with less time, and release chronic tension in your hips and spine.
These practices include two active yoga practices, three yin yoga practices, and a restorative practice.
Once you enroll, join the Whole Body Reset Private Facebook Group for connection with a supportive community 24/7. I'll be in there to guide you along the way. For further support, you'll have the option to pair up with an accountability partner and keep each other on track from week 1 to week 10.
Becky Brose, Ph.D. is a scientist, yoga teacher, yoga teacher trainer, and mindfulness meditation trainer mesmerized by the beneficial effects of yoga and mind-body practices on the inner workings of our being. She began practicing yoga 20 years ago and after living with scoliosis and spinal fusion (T3-L2), she has directly experienced the ability of yoga to keep the aches and pains away. Throughout her journey, she has also experienced the stress relieving capabilities of yoga and meditation.
After a successful research career with Johns Hopkins University and the National Institutes of Health, she chose to deepen her personal studies of how the mind and body work and share the gifts of yoga and mindfulness with others. She has combined her scientific background and love of learning to better understand the effects of yoga and mindfulness in her own body and life and couldn't be more excited to share these practices with you in a down-to-earth and practical way.
Becky has an incredible ability to share her knowledge and experiences in an easy-to-understand and digestible way. When you work with you her, she will not only teach you how your body and mind work, she will also create an embodied experience so you can FEEL how your body and mind work first hand.
